We have used free-range New Zealand pork as the hero ingredient. This sausage has an incredibly sweet flavour and a soft, subtle texture. It would be perfect for a level-up on the classic Banger’s and Mash or grill on the BBQ, and served with a crisp green salad. These sausages are gluten-free.
