Gluten Free, and with no added MSG, artificial flavours or colours, this marinade is a must for generously coating lamb steaks, chops or roasts.

For chops and steaks, cook on moderate heat using the grill, stove-top or BBQ. Baste frequently during cooking. For roasts, cook in a covered casserole dish at moderate heat in the oven or in a slow cooker. As a guide use a full pouch of marinade on meat for serving 5 people. For roast potatoes, pour the marinade over the potatoes 3-5 minutes before they are fully cooked.
